I declare that I am in good health, physically fit, and trained enough to participate in this event. I agree to comply with the rules, conditions, and regulations of this race, the sponsors, and NAAZ. I hereby unconditionally and irrevocably release, discharge, and indemnify the organizers, sponsors of this event, and their agents from any liability or responsibility whatsoever to myself, my belongings, my personal representatives, heirs, assigns, or my next of kin for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim, however, caused, arising from my participation in this event, including pre-race and post-race activities.

Furthermore, I acknowledge and consent to the capturing of photographs and video footage during the event. I grant the organizers and authorized third parties the irrevocable right to use, publish, and distribute such media for promotional, marketing, or illustrative purposes across various platforms, including digital and print, without further compensation or notification.
